Kaylena RienDeau



Kaylena received a BA in English Education from Bethel University in Saint Paul, MN, and earned a Master of Social Work at USC.


Kaylena founded Awaken Justice International Ministries (Formerly Teens Against Sex Trafficking) as a way to educate students on the dangers of trafficking. She has been involved in combating human trafficking for the past 7 years, and is devoting her life to this calling.


She is married to Tim, and they have two daughters, Tenley and Sienna. 

She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, listening to Country music, traveling, and watching Gilmore Girls.

Tara Joy Larrick

Executive Director

 Tara holds BA in Film and Video Studies from George Mason University, a Paralegal Certificate from California State University, and a 40 Hour Domestic Violence Counselor Certificate. 

After surviving domestic violence, Tara has given her life to educating and preventing the pain of social injustices. It is her hope that we may save lives and souls with the education and relationships we develop through Awaken Justice. 

Tara is married to Ben, and they have two sons, Kolton and Ezra. 

She enjoys spending time with her family, studying Gods word, hiking and visiting new places.
