Role Summary
Under the supervision of the Program Director, the Advocate provides crisis services, initial assessment, case management services, and services to youth referred to the program as victims of sex trafficking. The Advocate is responsible for the coordination of essential services within the organization. The Advocate will maintain contact with referring/referral agencies, provide data collection, case documentation, file maintenance and social service to support the youth participants. reporting on grants and contracts that sustain and grow our programs. This individual will oversee the full grant life cycle from proposal development and submission, to compliance monitoring, to timely
reporting. This position will ensure adherence to funder requirements and alignment with organizational
goals, including federal compliance under Uniform Guidance (2 CFR Part 200), internal controls, and
audit readiness. The Grant Manager will collaborate closely with leadership, finance, and program staff to ensure resources are stewarded with integrity and impact.
